The plan
SME Connect is a county-by-county roadshow across all 47 counties, built around one session: what AI actually does for a business your size, and what it costs. We launch in Murang'a with 500+ MSME attendees, then move outward through partnerships with SACCOs, business associations, and county governments.
Why in person
Trust in this market is built in rooms, not in ad impressions. We have no marketing budget — we have a founder who will stand in front of a hall and answer hard questions about cost and return.
What attendees leave with
A worksheet for identifying their highest-cost repetitive process, a shortlist of tools that work in a low-bandwidth, M-Pesa-first context, and a direct line to a team that stays accountable after the workshop ends.
