Scope of engagements
Consulting work is delivered against a written scope agreed before commencement. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in that scope document, which takes precedence over general website descriptions and indicative pricing.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative and quoted in Kenya Shillings, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Hardware is supplied against a written quotation valid for the period stated on it, as lead times and landed costs can move.
Hardware supply and warranty
Kilima AI Stores supplies equipment as an authorized HTWorld Technology dealer. Warranty terms are those of the manufacturer, serviced locally through us. Warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorised modification, or power faults outside specification.
Client responsibilities
Engagement outcomes depend on timely access to the people, data, and systems identified during discovery. Where access is delayed, timelines and estimates may be revised.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial and technical information disclosed during an engagement confidential. We do not name clients or publish engagement details without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
